The Cuentos Project, a collection of oral histories and folk-tales, will be featured at UTSA’s Institute of Texan Cultures through Dec. 7, 2008 in the lower gallery auditorium.
Sponsored by the San Antonio Writing Project, Cuentos (Spanish, meaning folk stories) relays stories handed down from generation to generation. Students, from pre-school to college level, have contributed cuentos describing their families, beliefs, heroes, dreams and traditions.
